Every encounter between people is a kind of destiny, just as you came here to connect me.

I would like to share my story, as it took me a long way here to meet you.

Twelve years ago, I left my career in China and moved to Germany for love. like many immigrant women, I had to rebuild everything from scratch—the language, my career, and my identity. I made my way to become a project manager in a global company, which I never thought I could be 10 years ago. But I know how hard it is to overcome the language barrier and the challenge of having no local degree or work experience.

I’m also a mother of two, and after becoming a mom, I learned how easily women lose ownership of their time and sometimes even lose themselves in endless schedules and housework.

I also went through a long period of struggle to reshape my life—managing a full-time job, raising two kids, and writing over 100 articles on cross-cultural life, workplace challenges, and motherhood as a long-termist.

Today, I am also an ICF-trained career and life coach. I help immigrant women—especially mothers and mid-career professionals—navigate cultural barriers, career transitions, identity conflicts, and the pressure of motherhood. Through six structured one-on-one coaching sessions, I help them quiet external noise, reconnect with their inner voice, gain clarity, and turn that clarity into meaningful, actionable steps.

My mission is to empower women to rebuild confidence, return to the workplace if they choose to, and create a sustainable balance among family, career, and personal well-being.

If this speaks to you or to the women you support, I’d love to connect. The first 30-minute consultation is free.
